QUIT-CLAIM DEED FOR RELEASE OF DEED TO SECURE DEBT

                THIS INDENTURE , made the _______ day of _____________, between  ______, of ___ County, Georgia, as party or parties of the first part, hereinafter called Grantor, and ____ of ___ County, Georgia, as party or parties of the second part, hereinafter called Grantee:

                WITNESSETH: That Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release and forever quitclaim to Grantee, heirs and assigns, all right, title interest, claim or demand that the Grantor may have had in and to the following described property, to wit: (here describe the property).

This deed is made and the said property is conveyed by the Grantor for the sole purpose of releasing the above described property  from the lien and title of certain Deed to Secure Debt from __________________________________________ to ________________________________________ dated _________________________ securing payment of $ _______________ and recorded in Deed Book ________, page _________, ________________ in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of _____County, Georgia and it is specifically understood and agreed that the release of said property from said deed to secure debt shall in no wise alter, affect or diminish the rights of the Grantor in and to the remaining property described in said security deed according to the terms thereof. 

                TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property to the Grantee, heirs and assigns, so that neither the said Grantor, nor its successors nor any other person or persons claiming under it shall at any time hereafter, by any way or means, have claim or demand any right, title or interest in or to the aforesaid described premises or its appurtenances or any part thereof.
