The Policy is hereby amended as follows to the extent it is inconsistent with the following: 

As provided in West Virginia Code Section §114-14-6 (6.11) where applicable, paragraphs 10, 11 or 12(b) of the Condition Section of this policy that may be entitled “Payment of Loss” is amended to read as follows: 

When liability and the extent of loss or damage have been definitely fixed in accordance with these Conditions, the payment shall be made within 15 days thereafter.
