The Company insures that the covenants, conditions and restrictions affecting the Title to the Land contained in ___________________________ are unaccompanied by a right of reverter and have not been violated to the date hereof, except ___________________.

Not withstanding said violation, the Company insures against loss occasioned by the enforcement or attempted enforcement of said covenants, conditions and restrictions by litigation which requires the removal of the whole or any portion of the improvements now on the Land and/or results in the collection of money damages in lieu thereof.           

            As used in this endorsement, the words "covenants, conditions and restrictions" shall not be deemed to refer to or include any terms, covenants, conditions or limitations contained in an instrument creating a lease.
