The Policy is hereby amended as follows to the extent it is inconsistent with the following:

The word "sole" is hereby deleted from the Section(s) found in the Conditions of this policy that may be entitled "Defense and Prosecution of Action".

"Conformity with Montana statutes. The provisions of this policy conform to the minimum requirements of Montana law and control over any conflicting statutes of any state in which the insured resides on or after the effective date of this policy".

Any provisions in the Conditions of this policy referring to Arbitration are hereby deleted.
