  1. The respective district should be contacted to request the form of Notice to Purchasers. The district may delegate the responsibility for issuance of the particular form of Notice to Purchasers to an employee or agent of the district. In the event the responsibility has been delegated, you should reach out to the responsible party.
  2. In the event the district or a delegated agent does not provide the Notice to Purchasers, you may rely on the information form and map, or plat as last filed in the public records by the respective district in completing the notice form to be executed by the seller and purchaser at the closing of purchase and sale. 

 

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
