In Montana, a trustee can acquire title in the name of the trust. If any recorded document does not specify the name and address of the trustee, an affidavit should be immediately recorded thereafter which provides the information. The policy issuing agent must otherwise examine the trust documents to determine insurability. M.C.A. §72-36-206
