Partnership Asset - When title is in the partnership name, any partner may convey title by a conveyance in the partnership name if authorized by Partnership Agreement or all the other partners.

When title is in the name of all partners, all must join in the conveyance.

The signing of a certificate of acknowledgement for a partnership will not change any requirement of the partnership agreement itself.
