The Company insures that the presently contemplated construction on the Land pursuant to and in strict accordance with _____________________________ will not violate the covenants, conditions and restrictions, affecting the Title to the Land referred to in this policy.                                                                                                                                   

A future violation of said covenants, conditions and restrictions will not cause a forfeiture or reversion of Title.
