RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - New Virginia Rate Manual [Revised 10-20-20]
Dear Associates:
Please note there is a newly revised Virginia Rate Manual and Schedule of Charges. The effective date for the manual is November 1, 2020.
There are three (3) changes to be aware of:
- The CPL premium is now $35.00, and for CPL’s over $10,000,000, the CPL premium is now $50.00.
- Policy minimums have been set at: $250.00 for standard policies and $300.00 for enhanced policies.
- Several of the bracketed rates have changed.
Note: Agents please contact your title production software vendor to get the new rate changes implemented into your system.
