The Company hereby insures the owner of the indebtedness secured by the mortgage referred to in paragraph of Schedule against loss which the insured shall sustain by reason of the establishment of priority over the lien of the insured mortgage upon the estate or interest referred to in Schedule A in the land described in the notice of completion recorded ___________as Instrument No._____ of any statutory lien for labor or material arising out of the work of improvement referred to in said notice of completion.
