For purposes of this policy, the Company acknowledges that the term Land shall take into account the fact that the Land is made up of a number of parcels (at times referred to in this policy as the “Constituent Parcels”) that make up one integrated whole on which there are or will be operating Electricity Generation and Transmission Facilities.  The Company agrees that in the event it becomes necessary to calculate loss or damage to the Insured arising from any defect, lien, encumbrance or other matter insured against by this policy (“Defect”), the calculation of the loss or damage shall include the diminution in value, if any, to all of the Constituent Parcels, to the extent that the diminution in value is directly or indirectly caused by the Defect.
