The Company insures against loss or damage which the Insured shall sustain in the event that, at Date of Policy, [for example: water, gas, electric, telephone, storm sewer and sanitary sewer] services are not available to the Land either over, under or upon public ways directly adjacent to the Land or over, under or upon an easement (not terminable by the grantor thereof or by his or her heirs, personal representatives, successors or assigns) for the benefit of the Land that connects to public ways.

Signed under seal for the Company, but this Endorsement is to be valid only when it bears an authorized countersignature.
