Explanation:
Purpose Of Endorsement:This endorsement insures that the land which is the subject of the title insurance policy (as described in Policy Schedule C (or Schedule A - Description)) is the same land as that shown on the survey.
Underwriting Requirements:
Requirements For Issuance:(a) A survey acceptable to the Company, showing courses, distances, boundaries consistent with the record description; and
(b) Care must be taken that there are no indicia of possession or occupation (ranging from fences, hedges and retaining walls to encroachments and “mowed areas”) which are at variance with the record description.
