Terms like "single," "married," and "husband and wife" may be shown in item 1 of schedule A of the Owner's Policy or item 3 of the Loan Policy if such language is customary in the jurisdiction and appears to be accurate. Recitals of this nature are done as an accommodation to customers, but do not insure accuracy of the marital status of the parties.
